Former student Mike Spence is currently part of the New York University improv troupe Dangerbox. He showed off his comedic talents back in the day in our now defunct film production class and now has made the medium time (soon for the big time). His troupe is competing for a spot to compete in Chicago, the city where the modern form of the craft began.

Tim Needles Show at Toast - Port Jefferson

I just wanted to invite anyone who's around to come to my opening at Toast in Port Jefferson on April 9th from 7-11:30pm. The show is my photography project from 2008.

First Semester & 2009 Alumni Show

Hey artlumni! I hope everyone is doing well in college. I'd love to see what you are working on. This year we are going to have our alumni show during your winter break so I'd like to invite you all to come back to the school for the event in January to show some work and speak to our current students about your college experience thus far.

SVA =D

Ok so I moved to SVA's new res on Saturday. That's my room and the view from it. 

I don't start classes til like Tuesday so I've been spending time in SoHo, went to kidrobot and stuff and also spending time in Brooklyn cause my friend lives there. I'm looking forward to classes starting though...I guess.

Gallery hopping in NYC

Hey alumni, I wanted to invite you all to an upcoming show I have at SVA's gallery in Manhattan next week. I'll post up an invite soon but the show will be up from July 8-28. I'm showing my ongoing daily photography project along with some other stuff as part of a group exhibition.
